PROXI

After several year of pushing the organization in the direction of Design Thinking and UX, global management has given a green light to my team in North America to from a Product Strategy and Design Group - PROXI in order to help the organization build better services and products. It has also enabled PROXI to research other opportunities that are typically outside of the HMI core competence and help deliver transformative and disruptive solutions. PROXI works closely with a local design agency to fill the current void in resource requests. PROXI under my leadership has been in operation about two years.
